These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the god55 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using god55, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use god55. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. god55 verifies age during KYC — underage accounts are permanently closed.
Each player may hold only one god55 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending review.
All god55 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your god55 login credentials. god55 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to secure their credentials.
All transactions at god55 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. god55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any payout.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and god55 ("god55", "we", "us", "the Platform"). You must read and understand these terms before using any part of the god55 platform. If you do not agree with any provision, you must cease use of god55 immediately.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account, accessing, or using the god55 platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the god55 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 god55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the god55 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are advised to review the Terms & Conditions periodically.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 June 2026. Any version prior to this date is superseded and has no legal effect.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to real-money Services on god55 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. god55 may request documentary evidence of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed and any deposited funds returned.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of god55 is lawful in your jurisdiction. god55 does not provide services to individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. By using god55, you confirm that online gaming is lawful in your place of residence.
3.3 Single Account. Each eligible individual may maintain only one (1) god55 Account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
3.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are ineligible to hold a god55 Account: (a) employees, contractors, and agents of god55 or its affiliated entities; (b) any individual who has been subject to a voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order on the god55 platform; (c) any individual previously banned from god55 for Terms violation.
4.1 To access real-money Services, you must complete the god55 registration process in full. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile telephone number.
4.2 god55 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including during initial registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in connection with any account review. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
4.3 You agree to update your Account information promptly in the event of any change. Maintaining outdated or inaccurate Account information may affect your ability to withdraw funds or receive security notifications.
4.4 By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account suspension.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your god55 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 god55 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from god55 that requests your full login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5.3 god55 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your god55 Account, you must notify us immediately via Live Chat or email.
5.4 god55 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account where this feature is available. Players who enable 2FA benefit from an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
6.1 All deposits to god55 Accounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). god55 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the god55 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.
6.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. god55 may refuse or reverse deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.
6.4 god55 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges, for which god55 accepts no responsibility.
6.5 Deposited funds that are not wagered within 90 days of the last account activity may be subject to an inactivity review in accordance with god55's inactivity policy.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same god55 Account, except where god55 has approved an alternative withdrawal method following successful KYC review.
7.2 god55 reserves the right to verify a Player's identity before processing any withdrawal request. Players must complete KYC verification to become eligible for withdrawals. Providing false or misleading KYC documentation is a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
7.3 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the god55 cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will be rejected and the funds returned to the Player's Balance.
7.4 god55 targets withdrawal processing within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, platform maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
7.5 god55 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, Terms violation, or irregular wagering patterns. god55 will notify the affected Player of any such hold via registered email.
8.1 god55 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of promotion.
8.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
8.3 Bonus Funds and Real Funds are treated separately in your god55 Balance. Real Funds are always wagered before Bonus Funds. Withdrawals of Real Fund balances are not restricted by outstanding Bonus Funds wagering requirements, unless a specific promotion terms provide otherwise.
8.4 god55 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: (a) use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses; (b) wagering patterns designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine recreational play; (c) collusion between Players to exploit promotional terms.
8.5 god55 may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing player entitlements already credited will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of crediting.
9.1 Each game type offered on the god55 platform — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, sportsbook betting, slot games, and Toto 4D — is governed by its own specific game rules. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a wager.
9.2 All live dealer game outcomes on god55 are determined by real physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by trained studio dealers and independently certified for fairness. All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games are certified by approved independent testing laboratories.
9.3 In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a game, god55 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagered amounts to Players' Balances. god55 is not liable for any loss arising from a malfunction where stakes have been returned.
9.4 You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner when using live dealer chat functions. Harassment, offensive language, or abusive behaviour directed at dealers or other Players may result in removal from the relevant table and, in severe cases, suspension of your Account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the god55 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
god55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited activities, and to report such activities to the relevant authorities where required by law.
11.1 god55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and provides tools to help Players manage their gambling activity.
11.2 Players may, at any time and without penalty, request the following responsible gaming measures through their god55 Account settings or by contacting support: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session duration limits, loss limits, self-exclusion (temporary or permanent), and reality check notification intervals.
11.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is activated, god55 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing real-money Services. Reactivation of a self-excluded Account is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and additional verification.
11.4 god55 actively monitors account activity for indicators of problem gambling. Where the Platform identifies concerning patterns, it may proactively contact the relevant Player and may apply protective measures to the Account.
11.5 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from professional responsible gaming services. god55 supports Players in accessing such resources.
11.6 All real-money Services on god55 are accessible only to Players aged 21 years or older. 21+ This restriction is actively enforced through KYC verification and cannot be waived.
12.1 All content on the god55 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, and the god55 brand identity — is the exclusive property of god55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the god55 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. No other licence or right is granted by these Terms & Conditions.
12.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the god55 platform without the prior written consent of god55.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, god55's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 god55 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.
13.3 god55 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. god55 shall not be liable for service unavailability arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, third-party system failures, or regulatory action.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
14.1 god55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via registered email or a prominent notification on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.
14.2 Continued use of the god55 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which god55 holds its operating licence.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and god55, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact god55 customer support as the first point of contact for any dispute.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by god55's licencing authority, in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
15.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
